Modern fantasy is my favorite style of art. It combines the mythos seen throughout human history with the plights humanity faces today, creating a connection between the new and the old. So by proxy, I love games like Dungeons and Dragons, which inspire me to draw and model plenty of fantasy creatures and characters. That doesn’t stop me from exploring other genres though!
Concept Design
This journey allowed me to become versatile with various art mediums. I’m familiar with core art fundamentals, color theory, composition, animation principles, graphic design, 3D modeling principles, and even web design. I also studied under many different professionals, which taught me what teaching techniques work best—and which don’t. Everyone has their own learning style; not everyone works the same way. So it’s important to get to know a person first before deciding how to approach their education.
About Me
As for my experience, I’ve been creating art all my life, and I attended multiple colleges from 2016 to 2023. I first studied fine art, then moved on to animation, game design, graphic design, and finally completed my studies in 3D art. I ultimately earned a degree in graphic design, but the knowledge I gained along the way has proven far more valuable than the piece of paper at the end of that road.
