About TheLuxArk

Founder’s Letter from Austin,

When I first stepped into the world of digital art, I came from a completely different industry — automotive.
In that world, precision, structure, and team coordination weren’t optional. They were survival.
Later, as a junior concept artist at Skelethrone, I saw the other side of the pipeline: the struggle talented artists face trying to break into an industry that moves fast and often overlooks them.

At the same time, I watched indie and AA studios fight a different battle — finding reliable, consistent, production-ready art teams who could match their vision, timeline, and engine constraints.
Both sides were talented.
Both sides were passionate.
Both sides needed something the industry wasn’t providing.

A bridge.

Luxark was born from that single realization.

I wanted to create a studio that understood both perspectives — the ambition of upcoming artists and the pressure on growing studios.
A place where artists could develop real skills through real production work, and where studios could rely on teams built with the same care and dedication I saw in automotive engineering and game development alike.

Today, Luxark operates as a boutique art development and staffing studio serving indie and AA teams across the industry.
We focus on clarity, communication, and long-term partnership. Our model is simple:

  • Support growing studios with dependable art talent.
  • Support upcoming artists by giving them actual industry pathways.
  • Build games and visual worlds that players remember.

This company was never meant to be a classroom or a factory.
It was designed to be a partner — to both sides of the industry.

Whether you are a studio looking for a reliable art team, or an artist seeking a real opportunity, Luxark exists to make your path clearer, smoother, and more supported.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
We’re just getting started.

— Austin Boone
