Our Training or what we like to call our 4 week (or 8 if needed) Studio Simulation is Luxark's way of preparing you for your 1st studio position with us by ironing out what weaknesses you may have that would otherwise prevent you from obtaining a position, while simultaneously preparing you for hire in our  in-studio environment!

The training costs a weekly and digestible amount of 3 payments of 185$ per week post training.

If an artists skill level is lower than required for position we will instead of turning them away, invite them to mentorship train and prepare them for hire on said position!

Within 2 weeks you'll begin placement at set rate that's displayed on project (average rate is 20-25$hr)

With about 1 session per week for the 4 (or 8) weeks you can safely complete training

You can expect 2-3 per assignment on average, but it's not uncommon to have more for artists who show a high level of competenc.

You will report to our Art Lead and Art Director on the project. Both will give you updates on the project or feedback if needed on your work as well.

You will be added to the next Project available and your also able to work internally for Luxark as continued employment as well.
