Training (Studio Simulation)
What is the Training

Our Training or what we like to call our 8-week Studio Simulation is Luxark's way of preparing you for your 1st studio position with us by ironing out what weaknesses you may have while simultaneously preparing you for the in-studio environment!
How much does Training cost

The training costs a weekly and digestible rate between 35-85 per week of the 8 weeks, the exact rate is dependent on the assignment you are being contracted for.
I get paid for Training as well?

Of course! Once completed you get an amount set for that assignment usually ranging from 60-100+ upon completion.
Do I have to do the Training and what does it do for me

For most positions yes Training is mandatory unless a specific artist is directly hand chosen for said role (which would be made clear by email)
What happens after Training

Within 2 weeks you'll begin placement at set rate that's displayed on assignment
How many hours does the Training take

With about 8 hours a week you can safely complete training

You can expect 2-3 per assignment on average, but it's not uncommon to have more
