Our Training or what we like to call our 8-week Studio Simulation is Luxark's way of preparing you for your 1st studio position with us by ironing out what weaknesses you may have that would otherwise prevent you from obtaining a position, while simultaneously preparing you for hire in our paid in-studio environment!

The training costs a weekly and digestible rate between 65-185$ per week post training, the exact rate is dependent on the assignment you are being contracted for.

If an artists skill level is lower than required for position we will instead of turning them away, invite them to mentorship train and prepare them for hire on said position!

Within 2 weeks you'll begin placement at set rate that's displayed on assignment

With about 8 hours a week you can safely complete training

You can expect 2-3 per assignment on average, but it's not uncommon to have more

You will report to us, specifically your Art Director that headed your Training.

You will be added to que for the next assignment! (No more training would be required!)

And your also able to work internally for Luxark as continued emoloemployment
