We conduct a small interview process where we go over your portfolio's body of work, resume background, and characteristics to see which current Indie Game assignment is best for you! Once accepted we begin your Training with our Senior Concept Artist who serve as your mentor!
During the Training you will 1st meet with your Mentor where you will 1st have a Introduction session where you'll meet them along with your fellow trainee's and partners and assignment briefing, all this simulates being in our studio environment. Throughout those weeks you have direct readily available access to your Mentor where you will receive not only feedback, guidance, and critique. The Training is set at 8 weeks but artists who wish to move ahead and finish in as few as 4 are more than welcome to!
Post Training you are placed with us as our Junior Concept Artist and begin working on the project at the rate assigned from the inital interview! With the experience gained from our Mentors and Training you will be more than prepared and ready to complete the projects as effective and beautifully as possible!

Here is our friend Ravindu, he is a IDM College Graduate that came to us seeking guidance on how to start his career in entering into a career as a fulltime Concept Artist and Illustrator.
Prior to us Ravindu managed a few commissions and even an internship! But looking to take the next step into a fulltime work we began our session and not long after Ravindu began work on Starry Toons and several other clients!
We got to know Ravindu and began to help him focus on his strengths while helping him iron out his weaknesses...
It wasn't long before Ravindu's confidence grew and he began to garner more attention from employers and clients.
And soon after he began working on seeveral childrens book illustrations, some of which were with Starry Toons in there amazing 'Fiona The Fast Food Fairy' Series!
This is Myat Hein Khant he is a former Burmese engineering student turned visual development artist and illustrator; being brave and taking the step toward his professional artist dreams he came to Luxark seeking a portfolio review. Upon completion he went on to not only gain positions at 'Grab Food Myanmar' and even to be featured in ImagineFX, and even a ConceptArtAssociation nomination as well.
His journey is just beginning as he continues to make strides in the Concept Art World!

Afterwards he went on to not only be an Honorable Mention in 'Atomhawk' Art Competition, but to also be featured by 'TheRookies' in their upcoming artist spotlight.
His journey is just beginning as he continues to make strides in the Concept Art world by gaining positions with several clients one even being at 'Grab Food Myanmar' and many more!
